Does Yuwie need a special liscense to pay its users?

Can yuwie pay its users without a liscense, or do they need to file special papers?





If they need to file papers, which papers do they need to file?

You have to fill out a W-9 on Yuwie, it's on the left side where where earnings and stuff is!
