Im also thinking I would like a second profile for my drawings. that way I can have one for family and friends, and the other to show off my work, that most would think is very twisted, and that is why I don't want my family and friends seeing it and knowing I did it

No you can't.
It's in the TOS.
Since it's a paying site they don't allow it.
